- Lumuri dada ayam yg sdh diiris tipis dgn lada,kaldu bubuk dan garam lalu balurkan ke tepung sagu masukan ke kocokan telur lalu masukan ke tepung roti goreng dgn api kecil jgn sering dibolak balik biar tepung rotinya ga rontok.
- Untuk ayamnya kalau mau lbh enak lg direndam dr mlm buat sahur/sarapan besoknya dgn ditambah stgh gelas air dan perasan jeruk nipis dijamin ayamnya jd juicy bgt.
