Cara pembuatan Chicken Katsu
- Belah dada ayam fillet jadi 2 bagian agar tidak terlalu tebal. Pukul2 pakai ulekan agar pipih. Balur dada ayam dengan bawang putih, saos tiram, garam, merica. Lalu marinade di kulkas selama 30 menit.
- Setelah di marinade, balur ayam di tepung terigu, lalu telor, lalu tepung roti. Tekan2 sampai rata menyeluruh.
- Jika sudah semua, goreng di minyak panas. Api jangan terlalu besar agar daging didalamnya matang. Goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan. Jadi deh Chicken Katsu Homemade.

Made this last night and was a great success! Although having read previous comments I used some of the ingredients from the 'lighter chicken katsu' recipe for the sauce. I fried off onions and garlic, added garam masala, garlic, turmeric and chili powder. Then a couple of tsp of korma paste, tom purée, chicken stock, soy sauce and honey. Chicken katsu (Japanese chicken schnitzel or chicken cutlet) is usually served with the sweet and savory tonkatsu sauce, finely shredded cabbage and cucumbers.
